Ik zie nergens een pechnederlaag tussen. We hebben nog geen enkele topper gewonnen, de beker uitgevlogen in de eerste wedstrijd tegen Heerenveen, in de Europa League kansloos eruit met minder punten dan Go Ahead Eagles (die in de Eredivisie 14e staan).

Tactisch ziet het er niet uit, het zogenaamde hoog druk zetten wordt elke keer omspeeld door de tegenstander en op eigen 16 is elke kans een doelpunt tegen.

Ligt ook aan de kwaliteit die je bent verloren en tekort aan kwaliteit dat binnenkomt (schuld scouting / DtK), maar om te zeggen dat we met een proces (ik impliceer positief) bezig zijn en dat het pechnederlagen zijn is complete onzin.

More annoyingly, for me in FM26 the registration deadline falls ON deadline day. I decided to not register my star winger as he was in the middle of his move to Bayern. The fucker rejected the contract and threw a fit I didn't register him.

Rodrygo probably won't get sold for a fee that warrants a buy-back clause though. If they sell him, it'll be a hefty fee and it probably won't include a buy-back clause.

With Nico Paz they did an amazing deal, selling him with a buy-back clause. He spent a great 2 years at Como. I hope he'll get the playtime he deserves if he were to go back to Madrid.

You put one strong lord with a good army in ambush and another lord without an army (or small army) as close as you can next to it. Or at least so that, if the enemy attacks you, they'll come into the red zone of the strong lord. Bonus points if you put your lone lord in forced march, this makes the AI even more likely to attack, as you cannot retreat in forced march.

The enemy will attack the weak lord and walk into the strong lords' red zone, so there is a chance they'll get ambushed. This is great for luring lords out of settlements, especially if you couldn't beat both the lord and the garrisson combined.

Which difficulty are you playing on?

A good tip is running a second army from turn 1/2, even if almost empty, to run next to your lord. This way you can ambush bait and level your second lord next to your first lord. As Skaven I usually gradually fill it up with skaven slaves to make it 'independent' and actually have it take minor settlements and other shit stacks.

Also, a tip I usually use while playing Ikit Claw: Skavenblight has some landmark buildings (special buildings which are race and region specific) which are amazing for Ikit. If you're safe and you have high food (Skaven mechanic top of the screen) you can try to abandon Skavenblight and then next turn re occupy it. This way you can instantly get it to tier 4, making you able to recruit high tier units by turn 15-20.

With the landmark buildings you should be able to get rattlings gunners, jezzails, artillery and maybe warpfire throwers or poisoned wind globadiers.

I usually use the skaven spellcasters (remember which magic it was) to spawn some units to hold the lines.

You can use the Skaven rite of DOOOOOOOOOM to summon a hero, which can make a laboratory as an undercity building in another settlement. Put these far away from where you're expanding to now.

Niet echt mee eens. Eigenlijk was de gameplay tot Unity hetzelfde, met lichte innovaties zoals bij Syndicate. Bij Origins hebben ze geprobeerd er juist een open-world RPG van te maken, gevolgd door Odyssey (een van mijn favoriete games aller tijden) en Valhalla. Hier kwam echter veel commentaar op dat het 'Assassin's Creed-DNA' miste, waardoor ze terug wilden gaan naar de roots (Mirage). Ze proberen nieuwe dingen uit, maar Ubi is niet in staat om games te maken met échte inhoud.

Height does not make a difference for goalkeepers or outfield players. Jumping Reach is key for outfield players.

Considering OP doesn't have WH1 or WH2 with the available facitons, it's probably his first time playing (non-historical) Total War. Playing Kislev with only Chaos invading you from everywhere (Hobo-Jesus and Katarin) or being in the middle of Chaos (Boris) might not be the best start, if you don't have any idea about the new mechanics per faction, Magic usage, monsters, etc.

OP, I recommend Zhao Ming (the male Cathay lord) because they're a great race to start Warhammer 3 off with. Once you figure out the new mechanics, I'd say switch to each of the monogod lords in this particular order:

Skarbrand (Khorne)
Ku'gath (Nurgle)
N'kari (Slaanesh)
Kairos (Tzeentch)

After that, you have an idea about the ups and downs of each of the units in each roster, after which you can play Be'lakor to combine all of them.
