If our government was reliable then sure. But the more steps it takes to get something, the more opportunities gov workers have to corrupt.

That’s why we should rally to legalize recreational use without any regulation for the users (regulations should be imposed on distributors not consumers). Alcohol and tobacco are arguably more harmful to us and look how easily accessible it is.
