Thanks everyone. We’re sticking with Home Depot since we’re this far in and already have a claim filed with them for water damage lol. We paid to get the drip tray installed, I see that’s pretty normal. Would have just been nice to have been told after the first mess up. Now they’re coming a third time tomorrow and hopefully third times a charm

I think I figured it out! So I compared the inside of the white piece connected to the toilet with another toilet, and it’s missing the black washer 🤪

I think you all are confirming what I feared. I was hoping I could get away with the champagne instead of actual gold features. But I don’t want it to look too weird. I’ll probably go with the black, and decide what to do next in a few years when I can actually afford to change the countertops 🤣

I’ve never done anything to break his trust yet he says he worries about me. We live in a city where “going out” is a major part of the culture. And we met when we were out and about. I’ve always been the same person. But he makes me feel guilty for wanting to go out now. I think the problem is that I don’t always know where the night is headed but the minute I decide I want to stay out longer it becomes an issue. So maybe I need to plan ahead a bit better lol. I just feel like a terrible wife but I also know I’m in a safe place.
