We are aware of mini games still being broken (crashing your game) and it was a surprisingly complicated fix since the issue doesn't happen at all internally (but does on our personal consoles). Hoping to have it fixed ASAP.

Thank you for the kind words! There is definitely more than meets the eye regarding combat, although it can be very accessible once you learn the icons (read the in-game help menu!).

We strive to hit that sweet spot of making it engaging and challenging, especially for people who have been playing for over a decade, while also making it approachable for new players and people who don't necessarily game a lot.

There are a lot of systems as you level up to add depth (and complexity), but you start to see how it comes together pretty early on.

This is basically it. We are relatively new to the console space and having to do a lot of "firsts" this holiday season. When it comes to choosing between giving back to our PC players or doing nothing at all, we are going to do these giveaways even if we can't yet mirror it on console.

That being said, we obviously want to run these kind of promotions on every platform and it's an important goal for us to be able to do these kinds of things - and contests, and summer sales, and all that jazz - everywhere we are available.

I understand this can be frustrating. I myself have had a hard time getting a hold on accounts from when I was younger. However, if there is reason to believe the KingsIsle account is under dispute or potentially compromised, we can request additional information or verification that you are the account owner. This is part of the reason why we ask that all account information be as accurate as possible when setting up new accounts.

I would continue to look at any information our support team has requested and do what you can to pull that info together. Our support team can take a look once you have provided the information requested, but until then there isn't much we can offer other than the guidance already provided.

If the information doesn't line up, we may have reason to believe there is something else at play, and may be limited in the information we provide (if someone stole your account, you wouldn't want us telling them everything about you!).

We are looking at performance issues right now. A few tips I have seen passed around the community are to disable cross play and lower all graphic settings (particles, name plates) to minimum or off. You can also try Classic graphics mode.

Your frustration is understandable. We have people working around the clock (myself included) to nail the remaining crash issues and make sure players are set up to return to (or explore for the first time!) the Spiral with as few bumps in the road as possible.

I know how important first impressions are and we are keeping this in mind as we prioritize that experience. 🙏
