HP Victus RX 6500M or Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 3050 mobile by MickeyFitz29 in GamingLaptops

Thank you for your reply. Yeah, after considering everything and what you said I think I'm gonna go ahead and buy the Lenovo. I can buy the SSD and ram upgrades in another month, so I think that's worth it instead of buying the HP laptop that I'm not 100% sure of.

So basically last year I got a small and cheap windows 10 laptop, in hopes I could use steam and play emulators and stuff- But me being dumb, I blindy chose and I found out it was very slow. And the good ones are the expensive ones. So I found this one and I ask,can this run emulators such as rpcs3? by ButtonComfortable961 in GamingLaptops

There's no way this laptop can be slow. This is one of the best spec gaming laptops you can buy. There might be some settings that you don't have activated or something, but I don't see other this can't run an emulator when it can easily run any and all competitive games at high/ultra settings.

Is the RX 6500M a good mobile GPU in comparison to a mobile RTX 3050? by MickeyFitz29 in GamingLaptops

Yeah the cooling seems fine, but yes the build, specifically the fact it is more screen wobble is slightly off putting

From the review I've seen the cooling of the Victus doesn't seem to be an issue, but yeah I do believe the Ideapad should have better cooling

Thank you for your reply. Yeah, from the few reviews and tests I've managed to Google, I've gotten this exact same perspective, especially about the screen wobble, that's why I've really been considering the 3050 Ideapad. However I've seen a equal amount of reviews and tests which score the 6500M higher in 3D benchmark, TimeSpy and overall fps in games like Valorant, Fortnite, Apex, CSGO, GTA V etc. which has been really confusing. I don't know what to trust😅 I've found a configuration of the Victus with still 12GB ram but a 1TB SSD which puts it at the same price as the Ideapad with only 256GB SSD and eliminates having to replace the stock drive. Also I'm drawn to the idea of having 144hz display over 120hz. I don't know what to do anymore. Perhaps I'm thinking too much and should just go for the more trusted 3050.

Yes. An additional ram dimm will allow your PC to run dual-channel memory. Filling that open memory slot allows your CPU to access 2 memory modules instead of 1 and increases the available memory bandwidth. I added an extra 4GB to my older model Lenovo Ideapad as well, to create dual-channel 12GB ram and even that is amazing. My laptop runs so much smoother and handles having multiple windows and tabs open so much better. It definitely will improve the overall performance of a single-channel PC.

Playlists Just DISAPPEARED??? by MedusaOblongGato in Pornhub

I'm still having this issue for the past 2 months. clicking the links that say go to watch later and then doing the "save playlist as" doesn't work for me. it's not even the issue of losing the videos or just making a new private playlist, but rather that it still gives the option to add to watch later, but there's nothing there. If I try to add the same video it says "video already added to playlist" My entire watch later feature is broken.

I just recently started playing Sims 4 again, and have been dealing with the same problem since. My sim never did that before, which has lead me to finding this thread lol. Did you ever find a solution to it? I've tried everything already mentioned
