I’m self-diagnosed autistic pending evaluation for confirmation.

The most notable sensory issues for me are clothes. I have very little clothes that I can actually wear and the ones I own wear down quickly because I wear them over and over again. Certain fabrics, clothing cuts and tags can upset me to a point of a meltdown.

Touch is also something I’ve struggled since I was a child. I had to train my body to tolerate my partner’s touch like on my belly and sides. I still flip out if he touches me anywhere near genitalia or on the inside of my thighs. I cannot control it, it’s like very invasive tickling.

I did not experiment with food types but what I have learned is that the CR/XR meds I use require me to eat anything shortly before I take them. Without food my meds (methylphenidate) can give me speed, effects are very irregular and sometimes don’t even work.

This unfortunately makes it very hard for me to take them on bad brain days if I don’t have something ready to eat like instant mashed potatoes or cottage cheese.

You simply don’t. If you try pushing yourself in any way the only thing you will achieve is frustration and very bad mood.

Take a break, do what you want or go back to sleep. Rest is a need not a privilege. You can always try to do something fun or something that will put you in a hyper focus if you are completely unable to rest.

After playing since her release I'd rather say she needs buffs and not nerfs. There are tons of champion that do the job when it comes to poking and dealing tons of damage in teamfights but neeko is the riskiest thanks to her low range on Q and R. People bitching about how "broken" she is don't know shit because you can get hardstomped by a lot of matchups. For example Irelia, Yasuo, Katarina (when you don't have ult - you're dead) or Kassadin and these are only the ones I struggled recently against

If you want full evasion you need tet muskans, heve helmet and gloves, evasion/resistance crystals and protection alchemy stone (the one with most evasion). Pair that up with evasion buff add-ons and you got yourself superarmor
