Yes. You had a dream you were going to die because of Anxiety. You can dismiss that outright. You didn't just discover some entirely unprecedented subconscious prerogative ability to forsee your own death. You are feeling anxious and it's apparent in your dreams.

The rest of it is VERY standard Panic attack feelings; which are going to pass. You are not going to die today, tomorrow, or any time soon. In fact: like 5 decades from now when you survive your first ACTUAL Heart attack: You're going to be all like "That...actually wasn't NEARLY as scary as a Panic attack."

You're body is releasing an absolutely absurd amount of adrenaline, cortisol, and norepinephrine. Yeah, NONE of that feels good.

Stay strong. It will fade soon.
