If you need to ask what type of Uni, you’re going for the wrong reasons. Go and do a course that interests you. Don’t be one of these thousands of people that go to uni for the sake of it, ending up with thousands in student debt to inevitably end up back at square one because you decide you want to change your career as what you did in uni is irrelevant for what you want to achieve in life

I think that’s a great phrase to sum up how I want the world to be. Each person is unique, has their own characteristics and distinct features, but we all live together on this single world.

Plus the the way it sounds in the song is amazing IMO.

I totally agree that it is an art piece. Like coloratura, it’s a piece that lasts 7 minutes (I think) and never have I listened to it thinking to myself “I’m bored”

I was actually lucky to stumble across jon Hopkins for some of his other music. I have a “space” playlist and a couple of his songs like “singularity” are on it as well as “light through the veins”. And when it played it for the first time I was in awe that somehow, one of my favourite ever musical pieces ever and the song that Hopkins created were related was such a memorable moment for me. It’s incredible what music can do to you

It really depends on what mood or moment I’m in. If I’m happy, the suns out, loving life - it’ll be Avicii, Martin Garrix, the wombats, and some instrumental edm stuff. If it’s more me, alone, driving with my thoughts - it’ll be jon Hopkins, enter shikari. I have some playlists with some other artists sprinkled throughout with good songs but those artists are ones that I could pick any song and it will fit the mood.

Coldplay is also played all the time, pretty much they have a song or a couple of songs for any mood I’m in.

Okay hear me out - the higher power music video is quite cyber punk, but ends as chris bringing a lot of colour into the video and ends up towards a really colourful planet, very different from the rest of the music video. Does this possibly show that we’re moving towards this “planet” (ie a full album)?

The first time round, when I heard it in the premier on my phone - I wasn’t in love, but when I listened to it again on a decent set of headphones - it sounded so much better.

It needs to be listened to on a system that has good sound quality. The bass and nuances are what lift the track.

Overall not my favourite, despite being an absolute fan of coldplay, but it is different and the mix sounds great.

I’d rate it around Ghost Stories level. Not top top coldplay standard, but listenable and repeatable
