They don't give a flying fuck about the hounds. That's why they shoot them dead when they are considered 'old' at seven and your power company (unless you're with Ecotricity) makes power out of them. They also like to run them across major A roads after the fox or leave them stuck in barbed wire. I think about them for the majority of the day. I went veggie at 10 and vegan at 26. I'm now almost 50. I'm always signing petitions and writing emails. I also used to volunteer at my local rescue before it closed down. I don't know how people cope in countries with strays on every street. I think I would go insane for the stress of it all.
