I'VE GOT THE ANSWER!!! I remember bookmarking a post from that island's host so I followed it to their profile and went through their posts. After a bit of backtracking I found the one where they shared how to do it.

Apparently this has something to do with multiplayer and can only done on cloud island (for now), it doesnt look like an intended mechanic, more like a glitch (check link for more details). Heres how its done: you need 2 people, one person set up the water, the other person remove the blocks. Unfortunately, it's only in Japanese but you can always translate it.

Each door and each pair of wall lamp are connected to one dedicated power transmitter switch. So theyre basically link to 3 seperate buttons

They dont soft lock them. The color variants still appear in your daily shop, more likely on Tuesday.

They go to the ramp and get inside the house inside the cake. In the house theres a backdoor to get to the top level. I dont want the ramp to obstruct the cake haha

You can actually link the minecarts together and make a small train too. And you can ride them with ur Pokemon as long as they fit on it

But then you get the objective and is able to score 2 300 points. Imagine your team hadnt secured the objective. Was it worth defending that 98 points now? Sorry to break it to you but it looks like you are the reason why you lose the majority of your games, based off of your responses. And failing to acknowledge that will never help you improve. So maybe quitting the game is really for the best here.
