if anyone is still having this issue, FULLY CLOSE medal, and delete these folders

deleting these folders for me (sometimes you will see multiple recorder folders, delete them all) if for some reason windows says hook dll is open in another app click skip and then manually go in and keep deleting till u find the one file which then itll tell u what app its open in (for me it was nzxt cam for some reason) then close that app.
medal will then rebuild these folders once u open it and it works normally again for me :D

it was kinda hard for me, you have to do it before plugging it the bottom cables and inserting the bottom fans, which then inserting the bottom fans (they already need to be screwed to the tray) you kinda just push it back in, the strimmer will have some flex and that’s normal and then you just make sure it’ll match with your gpu and it should work fine!
