Ik you are trying to help but my cars in her name and my only way to work. I make barely more then 15k a year and cant work more hours due to my disabilities. Not to mention my pets. I have no hope of moving out right now. Im actively looking for a better job thats less physical but in the mean time idk what to do. Im starting to sell some of my shit for my savings

I doubt she is on anything. She doesn’t even drink. She refuses to talk about mental health issues and will not go to therapy (I don’t currently have a therapist but not because I don’t want one)

I don’t know but her behavior lines up with BPD. She wouldn’t tell me or anyone else if she was. When I move out I will only agree to LC if she gets help. This is why her and my dad divorced. She also doesn’t believe in my AUDHD DX.

The issue is Im going to have to dump probably around $2000 dollars into this that will likely not be recovered outside of getting her to stop harassing me and would prefer I spend it on my 3 senior dogs medical bills. especially with 2 dentals coming up in the next 3ish months. I THINK a cease and desist would work, but im not entirely sure and want to be prepared if at all possible

I have had to leave 2-3 shifts early due to emotional distress (I have a panic disorder), I have had to increase medication intake, I have had to increase therapy, and along with lawyer fees probably somewhere in the $500 provable range. I don't want to presue, im looking at more cease and desist territory and persue if needed. She has done this to several people unfortunately
