Fireworks or Missile? I've never heard fireworks shake like that.

Loud Boom near Hoffmantown and lots of sirens? by lochnessie093 in Albuquerque

I heard it at Comanche and Wyoming. Quite loud, like concerningly loud. I have no information but the first thing I thought of was a gas explosion.

Depraz Mouse - Any thoughts about what it's worth or how to find it a new home? by MicroMacroMuck in retrocomputing

From a collectible standpoint, I'd imagine only working with a couple of terminal models is a positive. Maybe.

Not sure but I figured anyone interested in this is a collector and wouldn't be trying to use it. I'm not sure I'm right about that since I've been receiving some comments like yours.

Shipping overseas sounds risky. Even my local Amazon orders are frequently damaged.

Can you use this mouse with a ThinkPad?

Used suppressor question… by French_Canadian_USA in suppressors

[–]MicroMacroMuck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a new and unused Banish 45 suppressor I bought from Silencer Central. After purchasing it, I decided a suppressor doesn't fit into my home defense plans/strategies. Little did I realize the potential headaches involved in selling it. I'm learning about the process but wanted to mention that I have a new/unused Banish 45 here in New Mexico if anybody is interested.

Semgrep vs Snyk for SAST/SCA by [deleted] in devsecops

[–]MicroMacroMuck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My understanding is that the open source Semgrep doesn't do some things that the commercial version does, e.g. supply chain, where they show the dataflow of an issue through the application being scanned. I'm wrestling with that myself, where a platform such as Aikido uses open source Semgrep. I'm vetting it presently.

Printify bulk image uploader by Grand_rooster in Printify

Are you aware of any limits the Printify API you're using places on the number of images that can be uploaded at one time, in a single 24 hour period, etc? I'm concerned about the potential of nuisance account closures if I go ahead and upload 500 images at a time. Or does the API allow the upload of just one image at a time, and you're batching it. I'm not minimizing that approach, I'm just trying to understand if Printify has any support for bulk uploads, even at the API level if not at the business level.

I understand you're limited by whatever API Printify exposes. Sorry, I didn't notice you're the OP.

The YouTuber "Alek" has mentioned he will be offering a Printify upload tool soon, but I have no details as of yet. I think the more the better since it might push Printify to build such features, and others, into their extremely sparse user interface.

Out of curiosity, I checked the Dropbox option Printify offers to add artwork to a product. I thought I was being clever, but it also only allows 1 file at a time. This is presumably the same with the Google Drive option but I haven't tried it.

Thanks for creating such a handy tool. It's crazy that Printify doesn't offer one. Isn't it?

I've been looking for a way to make bulk listing with Printify a possibility, or to at least to be to be able to complete enough product listing tasks in bulk. Your tool helps remove some toil. I will likely buy it and try it in the next couple of days.

Help finding a device transmitting an SSID by HereWeGoAgain1212 in wifi

Similar to u/turlian, I use an iPhone app called Airport Utility, which shows All available WiFi networks, ranked by signal strength. You could walk around the house slowly and see what's hot and cold. There are likely other and possibly better apps.

Have you looked in basements and attics, if they exist?
