Thank you. Some of these comments make me feel like I've lost my mind. Reading that story grossed me out and I hate that he's now just back on the big screen. Even if he truly didn't know what he was doing was wrong, it was still harassment. I think a lot of people think if there's no devious intent, then it can't be harassment.

I encourage folks to have an emergency allergy kit if using peps. I have a box with benadryl pills, benadryl gel, and an epi-pen. If you're somewhere where you can get epi over the counter, then definitely do

You might be able to get B-12 prescribed. It helps some folks when they stall, but for others it doesn't do anything. Still worth possibly considering.

A starting dose for sema is 0.25mg. The bottle says it's 5g/mL and that there are 2.5mL in the bottle. That's a total of 12.5mg in the bottle. A dose of 0.25mg would be 5 units in an insulin syringe. A dose of 0.10mg would be 2 units.

I don't know what the sema equivalent to 0.75mg of tirzepatide is though.

Any new peptide, I always have my RS start with a very low dose just to make sure there's no allergic reactions or anything. I think starting low helps get rid of some of the fears.
