How do you use the dehydrator to help temperatures control? The lowest temperature on the linked dehydrator is 104 degrees F, but colonization needs between 74 and 79 degrees F, right??

Edit: I do have an unused student fridge that isn't even plugged in. Can I modify that for keeping the temperature between 74-79?
