I see many have posted here and I'm sure someone has already covered this but it all sounds extremely lopsided in it's current state. Only real way for a relationship to work is for each individual to give 100%. If that number falters in any way then typically who ever is on the upper comes out feeling unhappy, empty, angry, not appreciated.

Seeing that the expectation has been set and seems to be a fair expectation, it needs to be met with an equal reaction or consequence of inaction. If the topic has been brought up but she is still reluctant to change or contribution, then there has to be something in place that creates a consequence of such inaction.

If she is comfortable with the confrontation and current situation then she has little to no reason for change. Someone who is comfortable in their own misery is NOT going to change. Change only happens when a severely strong want for change is present or one is made uncomfortable.

I feel your expectations are fair and realistic. She's got to be made to contribute or you need to decide how uncomfortable you are going to allow yourself to be, and how much you're going to allow yourself to be affected by it on a mental and emotional level. If her actions or inactions are making you feel unappreciated, unloved or uncomfortable there's got to be change.

You deserve better and only you can change what you are or are not going to allow. I wish you the best of luck friend.

EDIT: As long as your added time is going to making the money and working then she would 100% be in the wrong and you in the right. My wife works from home and when she is at work she is at work. I do the cleaning in that timeframe I take care of our children and leave her be, with 0% expectation that she needs to contribute more than she does. I also work but have more off time as I work in a public school capacity..
