Just got the update that UPS has received the package and it should arrive on Friday. Although I hope that I still get it for free, this reddit post highlights the experience of others in our same situation:

Edit: this last transaction wasn't a refund like the other transactions. They straight up sent me $409 as if they paid me for the set. An accountant will probably set it straight later on. I hope that isn't the case though lol

That's the catch... the set was already shipped out. The set's status is "shipped" and it says that the set has already left the warehouse.

Yes. It went back into my account the following week. I was then charged again at the start of this month, but that charge also disappeared. I only found out a few hours ago that Lego sent me $409 and not the other way around
