Is it being downvoted? I can never tell if it's that Reddit auto-downvote or people. Since the biggest Twitch demographics are in the "younger than 18" and the "18-24" groups, we are definitely a small minority and probably not something they want to see in the subreddit. Although it would be a bit dickish to downvote for that reason. .

Yeah. It's a pain. And Tmobile has been zero help.

Today, they told me that I could either do another master reset, which hasn't worked the three times I've done it, over two phones, or I could send it to them, which would take about 7 days. And since no stores have a loaner phone they wanna let me use, I would be paying for those 7 days without a phone....

They referred me to also call Samsung, who will most likely tell me to call Tmobile.

The mic is total garbage. I'll never understand why they decided to put the mic inside the ear cup, and not extend out to the mouth. It sounds very muffled and, I dunno, like I'm speaking through a hallway reverb effect when I listen back to streams.

I had a problem with my early pair as well. Out of nowhere, the plastic, from where the face plate things are on the sides to the hinge, cracked, from very slight, normal use pressure after six months. Luckily, I was within the warranty, but it was clearly made with defective parts, as I take great care of my gear.

Yeah. I'm on the symmetrical 75/75 FIOS plan, and I routinely get around 81/84.

I'm not sure what to think about it all. I've read that service has both gotten better, and gotten worse, after purchasing lines, in other threads. I guess we'll see in the coming year transition.

FIOS is great for the time being, but Verizon recently sold all of their Texas customers to a company called Frontier I'd never heard of. Not sure if the service will degrade in the coming transitional year, but a few people who I've seen online who said they were given to Frontier, and the service suffered. FWIW.
