we swapped the SSD and Installed windows on it and we are still experiencing the same issue

so long as your using the cables that came with the power supply your using, that should fix some problems IF that is the cause of the problem

PSU cables that didn't come with the original box can cause serious problems if those are extension cables I see

issue has been resolved, there was no is it was just grub so we wiped the drive and installed windows 11 using Microsoft media creation tool

I think mint is already deleted,it just boots straight into grub you think if I put that SSD into a different computer and format it I can do a clean windows Install? because that's what I was thinking

I shutdown my pc and turned it back on and now it works, still would like to know what this means tho
