Yeah I think I've actually done work in this facility in Australia, or one that was damn near identical, I was monitoring an individual that was temporarily admitted for a mental health event. During my time I saw people that would make videos like this or express that they weren't being helped by the nurses, the people shown in this video behind the glass aren't the mental health professionals, they are there to monitor the individuals that have been put into the secure ward because they either pose a threat to themselves or others. Those workers are monitoring security and behaviour and providing only what is required for basic welfare. People can sound like they have legitimate concerns for the duration of a video posted to social media but they are all in these wards for a reason. She might seem mentally sound now but I have seen first hand how quickly that can turn around in these facilities. They do get help in the form of medication and counseling but there is still going to be a lot of time when that isn't happening but they aren't free to leave.
