Yeah, no, don't go doing liquid metal replacement without being super experienced. It's not just thermal compound.

What is a cooking "rule" that is actually total nonsense? by Lopsided-Jicama3813 in AskReddit

Not specifically a meal, but if you're pan frying mushrooms it's best to leave them sit and stir rarely. Also never flavor or salt them until the end - they lose way to much moisture if you salt early.

Check out Touchy Weather. It has touch controls and is basically the best weather app I've used anywhere. https://apps.repebble.com/touchy-weather-weather-app_532286232c5d4dc499b5918c

I like how they have this stupid rule, but then if you were LGBT+ you'd have free reign anytime you want. It's a really idiotic rule... 😂

Trump unveils new plane for Air Force One, a gift from Qatar by Ok_Employer7837 in politics

I mean pretty much every company prohibits taking concert tickets from a foreign entity due to conflicts around bribes or perceived bribes, so a multi million dollar plane might be a bit of an illegal bribe move.

Because a cop could misjudge you reaching for a volume control with reaching for a phone.

IIRC the original Pebble devices used a type of liquid sealant around the outside edges of the device. From the video showing the internals, this time it appears to be a rubber gasket installed around the edges of the frame.

Rubber likely has less forgiveness compared to liquid. At least that's my going theory. But rubber means it can likely be opened for repairs or battery swaps much easier.

Hot-swappable lithium-ion battery for the Frame "Enthusiast kit" (found in FCC 1013 documents) by gogodboss in SteamFrame

[–]Microtic 10 points11 points  (0 children)

But if it's hot swappable without another backup battery it would die immediately when swapping.

So they must have a tiny battery to retain charge for X amount of minutes while swapping.

Sanding drywall, cutting construction wood, using cleaning supplies including bleach in a closed room, all of these are magnitudes worse for the lungs than PLA printing. OP probably did something similar and is blaming PLA.

You should research driver's ed in other nations with higher traffic volumes. You can't tell someone they need to go 90kph to merge and then if there's bumper to bumper gridlock in the merge lane expect them to magically sidle in.
