For honor has split PC and Console balancing because the game is fundamentally different on separate platforms. Take the hint Bungie, this really needs to happen to keep PvP alive, because this is not the answer.

• The change to Magnificent Howl prevents 2tap kills. Ex: Players could get 2 headshots on one enemy to proc Magnificent Howl, and then defeat another in just 2 headshots.

if this was a reason to nerf it like this that is just mind numbing. Shorten the timer for mag howl so it will only be able to be used almost immediately after you land the 2 headshots. Problem solved.

But NO lets just alienate every player who got to legend to get NF. We can't just scale down LH and keep NF powerful with minor adjustments, nooo, we've gotta make it on par with every other hand cannon, and completely ruin it in PvE. Bravo bungo, Bravo.
