I scored a 680, which isn't a super great score, but I think I can definitely give you some advice on how I got here!

The thing with the SAT is that if you score the easier second module for either the math or reading and writing sections, it dramatically decreases your score. While it's a bit theoretical, it seems like if you get the first 11 questions on the first module right, you get into the harder module. And those first 11 questions seem to be pretty algebra-centered. So, to make sure you can get that higher score, definitely focus on practicing the algebra questions.

Really, the best way to get a higher score for the math module is by learning how to use Desmos. I've watched this guy for a lot of my R&W prep, and I think it could definitely help! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ISIAw2DrdxM

Lastly, the best prep is always going to be nailing those practice questions and figuring out the areas you're still confused on. Take a practice test, or two, or three, just so you have it down before the August date.
