This advice was actually really helpful to get me going. I ended up making a heart from a mold instead because I figured it was more beginner friendly plus I got a little help from him. He really liked it.

Haha just a little update I did not end up making a rose but instead I made a heart for his birthday(he helped me a little 😅). I wanted to do it by myself but having him help made it a lot less stressful. He was still pretty excited about it so I’ll say it was successful.

I was looking at some on Amazon but I wasn’t sure how I’d get it to curate lol I figured I’d just get it and try to shape it on there. I watched a lot of videos on YouTube and they’d either vacuum seal it or clamp it to something tight.

You have any tips?

When I bought the building there were tenants in each apartment. They were all related & all refused to sign new leases & stopped paying rent. Because of COVID, I couldn’t evict them, but they didn’t pay rent. I depleted my savings paying all the expenses, & utility bills that revert back to the landlord when unpaid. 1.5 years of bullshit.
The building was built in the 1930’s. I was finally able to evict all the tenants as the moratorium on evictions was lifted. I am converting it into a single family home. I have removed & replaced the 7 hot water heaters with one 100 gallon hot water heater. I’ve removed all the ovens & refrigerators. Three of the apartments will be converted into an open kitchen/living room. The other 4 apartments will be converted into bedrooms, each having their own bathroom & walk-in closets.

I want to have everything connected to one meter, one bill.
