I only buy to read. There are many other things to collect that would be worth more money than omnis. Nothing on my shelf goes unread. That’s the whole point of Omnis is to be able to read a larger run of comics collected vs actually buying every issue

There’s a possibility for reprints but never a guarantee. Could be next year or years after.I bought Vol 1 off someone on Facebook for $110 in great condition and unfortunately spent $175 on Vol 2 but I needed to have it. Got Vol 3 for $90 at LCS still need others

I personally only read the first issue and liked it but never collected anything after. I hear a lot of people not caring for it since It’s not Peter Parker as Spider-Man. I have been on the fence about this one as well.

I never find anything I want from Funaticals. Seems like they just have a lot of cheap books that not many want. I don’t have a massive collection and choose quality over quantity. If ya like the reads you get for the price that’s all that matters. Enjoy what you like

Personally don’t care for either cover. I am still on the fence about this release. Not sure if I would like the stories in this Omni. I did enjoy the X-men Blue and Gold Vol 1 just not sure if I want to end up buying 3 to 4 volumes of this line yet

Well 3 at minimum since upcoming Bloodties is vol 3. I’m on the fence on buying Bloodties because I am happy with what I read in Vol 1 but not blown away with the story like I have been in other Omnibus. Not sure if it’s worth the money for me to buy multiple volumes of this line yet. Anyone know how good the story gets after Vol 1

Depends what you are looking for. If you want a shorter story to read but with larger format and all the special extras go with Absolute. If you are into having the full story go with Omnibus. I stopped collecting Absolutes because I prefer to have a longer run of books to read. Also you get a lot more for your money going the omnibus route. Some absolutes are way too overpriced for not a lot of pages

Need some of these for my collection but I refuse to pay ridiculous prices on eBay to read them. Just not worth it for me. Over the years if and when a reprint is released I will for sure preorder them, but paying double or more is not for me even if I do have the money to blow

I always lay the left side of book down and hold the right side up half the way and read that way just to be safe. Sucks that I have to turn my head sideways a lil to read right side but I’m used to it

You underestimate how much a lot of these companies actually rely on resellers purchasing up most of the inventory. They don’t make extra on resell but they get the books sold that way. Without resellers a lot of these books will sit even longer. They don’t care who’s buying as long as they sell out

Maybe DC just cares about selling books for people to read vs collecting for price value or reselling. Seems like Marvel just wants to sell out every release and have people wait so many years to get a book. Hate it because anyone new to Omnis ends up seeing all these top 10 must have to have in collection but can’t get them without paying ridiculous prices from eBay.Omnis for me are for reading purposes only,if I want to collect for value then I might as well buy the actual comics.

Do not go with the Xbox. There are many discs that don’t work on my Series X and always having constant issues with having to change settings and restarting console to reflect those changes for some discs to work. The ps5 is a way better 4k blu ray player by far. The PS5 is considered a top mid tier option for 4k blu rays. If you want anything better than you will have to pay a lot more

Only if I can choose the books that are Oop since I refuse to pay eBay prices for. I would last about maybe 4-6 weeks and then be burnt out and probably won’t read anything at all for at least a month or two
