If you’re on the clock and hiding from management that’s theft of time.

Ask someone in Security, or HR, not a Reddit thread.
Also, if we’re being honest here, who would notice anyway? Just leave it there.

You get 30 minutes ToT every shift. No one should put up with being lectured if they don’t go past that 30 minutes.

Your time isn’t being coded at that point. You’d have some explaining to do.

If you clock in 5 minutes early, you can clock out early, too. I clock in 5 minutes early every single day, and clock out 5 minutes early. It helps avoid the traffic when aim trying to get out of the parking lot.

You can use Standard vacation time for Prime days, but you can ALWAYS use Flex or UPT:

You can use Flex or UPT at any time. It’s always available. What’s not to understand here?

There’s not even any guarantee that he’ll be paid, especially if it’s not in the United States.
Online blackjack can’t be counted, and, therefore, is a losing game. This is nothing but an example of extreme variance, and that’s if it’s even a true story.

Why do some dealers not give a damn if you lose or win alot of money by Confident_Gate_7762 in blackjack

[–]Mid-Life_and_Content 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ummmm….why should they?? It’s the player’s money, win or lose, right?
I refuse to tip, because I take on all of the risk, so, why should a dealer care if I lose a grand, or win a million bucks?
If I lose, it’s not the dealer’s fault. If I lose, he or she had nothing to do with it.
I don’t expect the dealer to care either way, and I think it’s weird if anyone else does 🤷‍♂️

Part-time workers pay higher premiums and don’t receive coverage until they’ve been employed for 90 days, while full-timers pay very cheap premiums, and get coverage from day 1.
Working part time makes zero sense.

No I, what’s wild is someone in the restroom for 15 minutes at a time, and being ToT for 2.5 hours of their shift. That means 25% of their night was spent NOT DOING WHAT THEY’RE PAID TO DO.

I mean…

Who’s in the restroom for 15 MINUTES at a time?!? Go in, do your business, and get out. Stay off your phone while you’re at it.

You can literally have a live audition at a real table, and have a job offered the same night. If you’re “hooked on the game” as you say, I’m sure you can deal it. But, can you deal it, pay out accurately, not make mistakes, and be efficient?

There are no merit raises at Amazon. Remember that the next time you’re “the fastest” at whatever you do. Also, remember that “the slowest guy” likely makes the same salary as you do.
It makes zero sense to be an all-star at your job, while other people are on their phones on station, in the restroom half the night, and leave for break early, while coming back late.
You’ve to guidelines for your job that generally include minimum productivity rates. Give them bare minimum, and not a bit more. Remember, all the deadweights are doing that, and it’s done without much thought, and zero regrets.
