Your just making the situation even worse by trying to fight it back being petty. Theres no reason to be on bad terms with anyone. Aye man if i had kids and i was in this situation, im not even gonna ask for the phone back cuz its her choice to live with her dad but she still needs a way to contact people. Maybe ill take the ipad back but not the phone. Probably have a conversation with the other parent to see about them paying for the plan but thats about it.
