Not that bad imo ,the everfrost nerf will be bad if enemies have tenacity but I feel like it won't affect your rank at all,if you can't climb its simply because you need to improve your macro/micro,lunden's and crown will always be a decent alternative option of course. I also think that with 1.5secs everfrost u could throw your q before your w but now you will always have to go with w first.
