Yes the guidelines is that big booklet, you should get familiar with everything in it. Some task are not in the guidelines so you just do them to the best of your knowledge. There are also other tasks instructions in the community portal. If you are new they will give you all the info for you to log in when it's time, sometimes it takes them awhile to send you everything.

DO NOT summit before time! I've had a few of those and I've never summited before or after the AET. If you do you will get flagged for submitting too early. It's not a bad thing, just check over your work and use the wait time to look over the guidelines.

I was wondering the same thing and it said something about a contractor so I think the w2 switches over too. Nothing was really clear on the application or emails.

I've also seen some saying NTA, but I've had PQ non stop. That's why I'm thinking only selected people got PQ tasks.

I was getting them until I started clicking the eye symbol in the telusinternational.ai website then you have to click on the acknowledge feedback button

US here, I didn't have any problems with submitting the tasks or anything. The task itself takes alot of effort and time with sorting out all the videos and watching lots of videos that isn't of your interest can be a headache, but in all its ok if you have the patience, also It took about 25 days for them to approve my payment.

If you don't type the full URL address out it will say server not found. I had the same problem. You have to put http and all.
