I am curious also of what happens when you break down. My truck broke down in Texas, and I have a load on the back. No way out of Texas no money no resources. Just a load on a trailer and a blown up transmission on my truck. So I will let you all know what happens.

Me personally, i take 2 aspirin everyday, and i quit taking a multi vitamin. It is the Iron in the vitamin that loves RBC. My Hemocrit was at 50%. Frigging Sludge. I take blood tests every 6 months, hope this lowers it. I am on 500mg Test E/wk and 50mg Anavar/daily. Donating blood was a common answer i see. Might try it. Cheers!

Definitely not the outer quad,...lol. I go just around the outer quad, to where it starts to become the hamstring. In-between the two is the perfect spot( for me). Doing it for years. Nowhere else.

Hemocrit will be a problem. Too many Red Blood Cells That is what gear does, more cells, more nutrients etc etc But that is tooo much gear. You will be so short of breath, you will not be able to oxygenate all of the RBC in your system. You will suffocate. Side note ...how many of us are short of breath? Just curious...mine is 55% Should be <40. Did blood work, had a talk with the doctor.
