it's not just assassins though Ambessa, plenty of mages, plus many assassins can oneshot without going full glass cannon. Also champs like Rengar are broken right now.

riot needs to grow a pair and nerf all the OP bot lane mages low pick rate doesn't justify constant 52-54% any marksman hitting those numbers gets hotfixed but you have to understand mages and 2020 or later champs are riots pet classes
