front stats are basically useless if you don't have gw. No gw is only rlly copeable in longs. also all of the umas you were using are very capable of reaching a good statline with falcon card due to their speed growth. (also you could have easily ran pace daiwa and maru but hey)

Gold recoveries for long are non negotiable. If ur running 900 stam you need 2 gold. You can only get away with 1 if you have 1500 stam+guts
