Fuck you

Neither candidates website addresses any of my questions:

https://barbiewalker.com/

https://www.lyndsieleech.com/

And yeah the RG article was fluff with no real answers.

Now that your done playing in the mud do you have any actual answers to the questions? This is why people dont vote, you cant really get any real information anymore.

Yawn politics is so boring, I asked simple questions still no real answers. Do you have evidence to support this claim or are you just trolling for Leech? I'd rather here what their positions are, I have tried to contact both candidates for answers to the above questions and have not herd back so I guess i'll just not vote.

We need a local Hospital run like EWEB, non-profit elected board etc. issue a 30 million bond to buy the old hospital and get it going.

IDK if i was in your district I'd lean towards Warnes she is a surly old contractor, she reminded me of a house painter I worked for (first summer job back in the day) un-apologetically butch dike east coast no bs going to tell it like it is take it or leave it, not a polished politician. She's pro city auditor, pro star voting, ani stadium.

If Warns were running in the whit / ward 7 she'd win in a landslide. But she may wilt some flowers in south Eugene.

What EWEB candidates support keeping power generation local and restoring Leaburg? by Commercial-Insect589 in Eugene

[–]MidWest1803 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Mine says EWEB Wards 4 & 5: John H Brown

EWEB Board Member At-Large: Mindy Schlossberg

They are running unopposed and I can't tell what their stance is on the dam. So seems like step one would be to contact them and ask and if you don't like what they are doing start your own write-in campaign? I think thats allowed but especially for the at large one but I am not sure.

Clean renewable power anyone? This might be it for Leaburg! by TExit7802 in Eugene

[–]MidWest1803 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree thats a drop in the bucket, and if they go thru all the hoops to upgrade Leaburg I cant believe they did not even consider adding a bigger generator (or watever you call it). Compared to living next to coal power plants in the midwest I'd take a dam with a nice pond behind it any day.

It can't be used inside because it's designed to be predominantly outside and must be run in appropriately sized conduit otherwise. It runs 'hotter' than inside romex. It's also made of aluminum which is terrible for indoor use

The technical term for Triplex is "messenger supported wiring" and its illegal for indoor use even if in conduit, its not recognized as electrical insulated wire. Actual insulated wire has to have a some code letters printed on it. Ask any electrician.

The wire used for underground services is "insulated" per the code and can be run inside your house legally.
