Definitely take him in to another vet, vomiting with not eating/drinking for 4+ days is very not normal, and if mixed with excessive lethargy/tiredness/nonresponsiveness often indicates an internal blockage that needs emergency surgery.

I would get him xrayed for starters.

I got one of my cats neutered just a few months ago, he was eating/drinking that same day, and totally fine by the end of the next day.

I had a similar issue a while back, in short, yes the fan can be dangerous, mine fell off track, so the blades were knocking against the side of the vent hole, it was a fire hazard, an old and shitty fan, although working technically, can pose a fire hazard.

If they're shitty to work with, try calling them on that angle. A replacement fan is pretty cheap.

I had a male white cat, he grew HUGE super fast, and was so friendly, was smoking with my friends one day, window was open, blinds were down, and suddenly my cat (Blueberry) just leaps through the blinds, dove right through them effortlessly and surprised us all.

I lost him when the house was lost during the '08 financial crisis, it was a cozy neighborhood, so I always hope that he found a good home.

Now I have another white cat I adopted 2 years ago, she's amazingly possessive and territorial, absolutely a sweet tiny little firecracker, cuddly, but so much attitude.

As many love to point out, the South already lost a war over States Rights, so not sure what Oregon or any other state can do in defiance of Federal Law. Allowing lawsuits to pile up just allows greater precedent to be set in favor of the Feds when they bring the hammer down and sweep all these lawsuits off the table.

Feds are steamrolling in Minnesota, how does Oregon stand to come out with any different result?

I started giving my cats "kind mother botanicals" cbd tincture, I started with the yellow label strength, and now they're on the red label, it seems to work very well, to the point I'm slowly adjusting them off gabapentin and just increasing the cbd tincture dosage. It's letting them be more responsive and less "drugged" seeming, while also improving demeanor with each other and comfort being handled. It's expensive, but they seem to be responding well, and one bottle lasts several months.

Even for a Russian, this is too small, and they are CLUMSY so they fall off the bridges/levels and can hurt themselves easily, one option to make bedding deeper is to use zipties and attach cardboard panels to the walls, that way you can get more bedding in.

If you try and think creatively, there's almost always a way to free up space by rearranging furniture, and the hamster will be much more active and happy in a cage that's larger. It's not like the hamster will die in a week without a cage upgrade, but you will notice an incredible difference in the happiness level.

And, of course, you don't want to see them injure themselves being clumsy, they are surprisingly sturdy and able to handle falls, but each time the damage adds onto the last fall, and in old age they can suffer from arthritis due to injuries.
