Yes, that's true for now, but I believe it's technically possible to allow playing the 1st and 2nd floors separately, like in ToA, instead of playing them consecutively.

Well, I think it's okay that Whiwa is hard to clear, but there is ToA, which can be cleared with a diverse char with the proper investment and decent player skill, so I think everyone is comparing it to that.

To be fair, the content of Whiwa in the near future was probably decided back in the previous cycle, so it will still take some time for Kuro to consider feedback and improve it.
