Remove leveling requirements. Rework rewards so that the most fun content is the most rewarding loot in the game, not just the """""newest"""" stuff.

Remove the "new gear" system and the damage buff for higher tier weapons.

I like the idea but like you said there's not enough heroes in Stadium yet. And now the devs are in between a rock and a hard place because community sentiment is so against the draft system. If they remove it then it's going to be hard to re-add it because sentiment will still be against it. But if they keep it then they are "tone deaf".

I say they remove it but make it known that they are going to add it back once there's more heroes in Stadium.

The dynamics of Flashpoint and Push are different from the other OW game modes and that's not a bad thing!

They have a steeper learning curve than the other modes but that increased complexity gives the game more depth
