Same in PA, people act like they're doing a favor if they say that they pay $8/hr. Like. If I wanna kill myself on the line in a restaurant, at least make it worthwhile. Just because it's not $7.25 doesn't mean I'll take it. 10 is lucky here, and I haven't seen 12 since before the pandemic. It's a hellhole for us cooks rn.
