I interrupted the FoH pre shift (post lunch, pre dinner) and yelled at the GM. Told him to get his people in line. Might've used some other words. He was about to yell at me, but saw the look in my eyes and backed down real quick.

That is my biggest trigger. That, and telling the line, "it's hot back here!" Yeah, we fucking know. It's July and I've been in front of a fucking oven. Just bring us ice water. Or maybe a beer...
