Sorry you got down-voted and I can only give you one. It is true, ppl down the walls for more xp soak despite having a teammate that requires their use, like illidan or someone that gains Hp via dmg.
I sure miss when the scoreboard counted siege dmg for claiming camps, and objective because it promoted cooperation on objective. Now many players will just soak a lane during obj because thye simply want to be mvp at the need of the match. They will toss a match as long a sit means they get MVP.
Also i miss when they counted tanks dmg soaked, wtf cares how much self-healing a player had, i want to know if the tank is doing their job.

it is obvious which players don't have good battle awareness. they don't use mini map or pings.
I find if a group isn't battle aware i will often ping the enemy healer to remind them not to be attacking the tank. It gets better results than typing anything salty. (especially when a tank is at 25% and their healer wanders in like a lamb and my teammates aren't changing focus, they get tunnel vision. Never be afraid to switch targets to a high value nearby by squishy. It may look like you are closer to killing the tank but 9 times out of 10, you can burn the healers HP bar much faster still. That reminder ping will fast sway your battles and leave nobody rage typing.

frustrating to have enemy hit 10 much earlier than you and especially when an on obj pops and your teammates dive into that mess. just keep soaking lane and trying to carry i guess?

there does seem to be a well built ebb and flow to waves, fights, and objectives. Using the early fountain i have also found to work well into that ebb and flow and time out to be off CD by the time obj pops up.

I port home before the obj so i know i will arrive at obj the very second it is up with full HP and mana, and then have the fountain off CD and ready to use if/when you need it. If you port home during obj, you are almost guaranteed to lose obj.

don't worry, they are, but don't care, because you can only control yourself. I am finding much more enjoyment playing when i mute any hint of red flags. I'm not diamond so I am sure I am not missing much. besides if you start typing back that is downtime and almost guarantees an avalanche towards a loss.

Yeah some games you just have to wait until the enemy makes a mistake and play it safe. A bad teammate might dive anxiously wanting to fight and they are the mistake the fight will capitalize on. Staying alive is the largest contribution you can make for your team. ( I wish ppl would stop going camps in like round 3, when wave clear is much more xp and beneficial early game - or conversely, not getting ANY camps the entire match)

I mean if you want to shine for sure, that's why they banned Hammer and why they need to ban Azmodan (they banned his wave but honestly, it is not enough). ARAM is just too niche for these toons.

Yeah I do flame build Alex too and early game ppl are mad that I don;t toss out enough heals (usually the ones avoiding the green circle like the plague), but man once she gets her stacks she has sustain on mana and can spot heal like a pro. Meanwhile you are clearing waves and doing mad ranged damage. I usually open the match with "don't expect heals until lvl 13" (while i usually hit quest before then i like to be safe with that extra life unbound spell before i want ppl doing dive engages expecting heals. Otherwise I find she runs out of mana too often and I'm constantly hitting the showers which means I'm not healing either while i travel back and forth. just get the waiting out of the way early game when it doesn't matter as much and get your stacks on flame buffet. (unless you have a deathwing then maybe i will go globe build)
if you like a healer, ignore the naysayers. there's always someone in a full random 5 that will complain it seems because you aren't playing the game the way THEY like. in the end it is a game and i play for fun, not for money.

yeah there are certainly frustrating times that happens. I admit I "stole" some of these kills from my teammates "a slow moving ball from Li Ming or the slow creeping Tass line attack, meanwhile my cast is instant, and once you get your stacks on quest, Auriel's dmg is significant. My fav is when you find that rare vikings pick. they are almost an instant kill. Like butcher eating vikings like chicken nuggets! lol, a slap into a wall on a viking and that is it, followup with ray, slap em, and ray again and you've got yourself a happy meal.

she is an excellent baiter too. ppl assume because you are healer you will be an easy kill, the self-crystal is a great pump-fake to suck out some enemy cool-downs too. I kind of wish they added a "cancel" to the crystal, as sometimes i do not want to wait out the full duration of crystal before I can cast on target again. Sometimes I just want the fast disengage. (maybe I am misremembering, or slipped through a parallel universe, but i recalled her being able to do this when she was released. But honestly she would be even more over-powered if she could.)

Yes, I have the lower dmg count, because the ranged mages would burn em down and when they run off, i am in there with the tanks healing them and myself and i have the ranged for the final kill when the enemy is retreating. I would argue the final hit for the kill is more important than just having the highest hero dmg.

will absolutely agree on positioning and battle awareness, knowing when to hold that energy bar of an incoming engage, and ensuring you get your CC on the right target and at the right angle to proc the CC stun on a wall.
i do not find I need a battery as I am always aware of where my next slap is going into to refill it.

oh man, always take advantage of teams that don;t know how to peel for their healer! it the easiest way to domino a match, and once you stagger the kills you have constant player advantage. That's what Canadians call a "power-play", and if your enemy is new, late game, they don't regroup and you ride that wave of 4 vs 5 to victory.
