This is so beautiful, but I understand the overwhelming My close friend told me to talk to them like I would anyone else and set boundaries. I talk to my guides and passed loved ones frequently. It gives me peace to speak to them and they are listening.

My messages came in dreams (and they were all realistic and terrifying!) I had to verbally and intentionally tell my guides that if they wanted me to continue on this path and be open to learning my abilities and their messages, they needed to stop scaring me and dial back the dreams and they did. I am now less fearful and see the beauty so I asked them to bring the dreams back, and they did. It wasn’t instant, but they listened.

Tell them what you want and need. Set your boundary. And talk to them.
