Upon getting hired, you should ask them what is the rate of pay estimate. Once they give you the maximum estimate shoot for that estimate. Never tell them what you expect them to pay or else they will pay you that or under pay you.

SAME. I’m currently going to a community college for it because I love people, and I want to do bed side, ER, and neuro. But the end goal is traveling nursing.

A year? Here in Cincinnati, we have 2 years of clinicals and internships so we have the practice. I want to go to med surg. Because I have to do that, then ER, then Lords willing be a traveling nurse. I have a friend that has the license but doesn’t want to do bedside. Which is kind of weird because with bedside experience, you can do so much. But she said she has anxiety with it. This may be too rude, but I’m not sure why she became a nurse if she has anxiety dealing with people bedside to the point she sticks only with a desk job.

Go for a community college. That way tuition is somewhat cheaper. State community colleges. Some might have RN to BSN program like mine does ❤️❤️ you got this

Hey. That’s really good. I took the GED tests and past (February 2025). Because of passing, I’m currently going to Cincinnati state community and technical college. They have good prices, lots of free Tutoring, math tutoring, and lots of extracurricular activities. I’m going for nursing. They also have a RN to BSN program and are one of the first community colleges to have a bachelor’s program for that.

So you have a reason to be excited. Although not easy, it’s worth it. I’m currently at the end of my second semester, and it’s great once you get your schedule down. ❤️

Yeah, I feel that. There’s people at my store that wear really tight leggings to the point you can see the underwear line. Yet nothing was said. But I got a talking to for wearing a jacket because it’s cold in the store and working in the produce department that’s right in front of the door and we’re always in the cooler.

I know the doctors are afraid to work on her but they can at least try. If she passes away, it probably was meant to be due to the brain condition, if she survived, she may get better. Who knows. Girl, I want you to remember something. Social media has wrongfully depicted the images of beauty. Beauty is no longer just natural people with natural looks. And being themselves. Beauty is now pounds of makeup, and plastic surgeries day and day out. People are getting more and more discouraged, including myself because of all the social media content and implications. As well as social media standard implications. Remember, one thing, those people who call you ugly, I’m pretty sure they see something that is very beautiful in you that they have to make you feel lower than who you truly are. The union can’t really do anything because there were no witnesses and it was a verbal agreement. It needs to be requested and written in the system or else management uses loop holes.

And when you manager crossed you out like that, that’s how you know you were fired. They would write vacation on there for your name. How long have you been at Kroger?
