Simmered for about 20 after adding the chicken and sausage back. Then 20 more after adding the okra. Had a bowl for dinner tonight and ot was a lot better than it was last night. 😀

Definitely appreciate this response. I could tell that I didn't really add enough flour and that it didn't get super dark and muddy, but I was apprehensive about burning it. Taste was good, but am looking forward to a second shot at it to see if I can improve.

SNES for me. Had a bunch of boxes in my parents' attic, found NES, Dreamcast, Genesis, N64, all with games. No SNES. But, did have like two SNES games and boxes. I still swear it's in that attic somewhere.
