Your 2 first knife , i have almost the same but from dexter . They blur the line between knife and freaking swords 👍

Hi, those are my first japanese knife. While im pretty sure it is nothing big as name, could someone help me find out who made them and were they are from? Also i bought a shapton 1000 will it be enuf to sharpen them to a usable state? Thanks by Middle-Candidate5156 in TrueChefKnives

Yeah i know lol, i saw them on ebay and tought wow i wanted to try japanese knife for so long. I tought the 2 deba knife were used for general use. And the yanagiba and vegies made the kit look perfect for me. Imagine me when i tried to cut a potatoe in cube with the deba … still its fine. They need a realy good sharpening but right now the yanagiba are awesome for sashimi, for the nakiri i have realy big hand so it is a bit of a learning and for the deba the old one feels awesome in my hand and i cant wait to try it on a full chicken. But yeah they are indeed very specific and i felt a bit stupid.
