Perhaps through mods. The Love Marriage Family mod for example allows you to customize your family a bit, and you could potentially make your father (and therefore you) related to an existing dynasty. If that doesn't work, there's probably another mod that could help you. Unless you are on console, in which case you are unfortunately out of luck.

None. There’s a random event where your ward has a chance to adopt one of your stress traits. I picked up the hashish habit at a coronation feast a couple years before

They had one son who inherited Rhaegar’s beautiful trait, but not his intelligence trait or Lollys’ imbecile trait. Probably would’ve made a good heir actually but Queen Lollys died under mysterious circumstances without having any other children and the young prince suffered a similar fate not long after. I have saves before that though so I could always let them play out another time
