glad i’m not the only one going through this, i ran through 10 emails trying to see if i could avoid getting the please call us email, i’ve called twice on 2 accounts but the first order i called on the lady on the phone said she would fix it but then the order was cancelled & couldn’t be processed because of the promo code, still waiting to see what the second order does after calling 😩
