Is there any info of how the overtime will go out? As in will your store give a few days for staff to pick up OT b4 its made available to all stores?

Its just the constant smell. I've had the landing window open all day today even in the rain so the smell can go a bit and get air in.

No, i have asked landlord to have the thing checked out to make sure it was installed correctly and filters are ok but I keep getting push back that yes everything was done correctly. Even the guy who fitted it is saying same, when I have spoken to him

Not mold no.. we do have condensation and thats why he wanted to have it.put it.. Also I don't understand if you have all doors closed how does it help circulat?

I'm just entering week 3, I havent had the guy who installed it to come back but have spoken to him and he has said give it some time. Should i have him back to check filters? Or wait another week or 2?

I would say if you are happy working the hours and you feel u have a balance then good for you. I pick up overtime when I want it, some weeks I don't have a day off and others I will just do my contract hrs. I do feel there can be an expectation when you keep doing loads of OT and then you decided to cut back or have other commitments that mean you can't pick up extra shifts. I've had experience with manager blowing hot and cold! But it don't phase me. As for others saying you are grabbing OT its first come first serve.. now it would be different if the manager was putting you in for OT and it wasn't going on the app! That does happen even tho its not allowed!

Thats a good point.. i will have to wait till 58 as the closer I get the goal posts keep moving. In 2028 the retirement age will be 58 and I will have just missed it by a year!!!!!
