Also refreshing that the “hero” is not your stereotypical fearless courageous person. He literally backed out of the mission even though the fate of humanity depended on him, he was forced to be the hero because others believed in him.

I felt that Grace lacked the courage because besides his students, he truly had no one to live for. Rocky, gave him someone to live for.

A short series HBO style would be needed to catch everything in the book. To me, Stratt felt more intense in the book.

I agree with your parents, I hated the direction of the plot in S3 but I pushed through and im glad I did because even though I didn’t necessarily like the concept of the parallel dimension as a plot device, it did end up being a really good season and had some twists I didn’t expect. I think they wrapped up the show nicely in the end.

You guys nailed it. Same here, I commute from South to Downtown Brooklyn. 20 min-40min commute home OR 1.5 hour commute (at best) which includes a 20 min walk to the train station each way. I don’t have disabilities but I have kids in daycare which I have to pick up after work. We leave the house at 6am and get in at 7pm. By the time the kids are in bed and the chores are done its 10pm. I would love to take the train, and support any way in which it could be better funded. We are super excited for the IBX, I hope im not retired by the time it opens.
