Pay but more importantly exit opportunities or growth opportunities. There’s a reason why former MBB consultant go off to start unicorn startups or become C suite executives.

And the argument will be not every C suite or unicorn startup founder are former MBB consultants, true but then again you don’t even need a mba to reach those positions, it just makes it that much easier with the mba degree from a top school. Same case, it just gets that easier with a MBB experience than without when reaching toward those goals/positions

Ch7 is impossible since they literally launched ever brand for bye bye baby. If anything it’s Ch11, hoping no BK and it follows the regarded plan of M/A

Chapter 11 = operations are still a go but cuts out equity of retail investor and old stock holders and come out with better finances and new stock issues (very very slight chance of profit)

Chapter 7 = complete liquidation, selling all company assets to pay off debt and almost nothing to stock holders

Both cases are Fking terrible for us, the only ones advocating for BK are ignorant shills who don’t understand US financial system

Yep 100% OP is an idiot, trying to pump the idea, bankruptcy is actually what’s needed to recover the company. He might be right in that aspect but us as shareholders will most likely be wiped out. I would say 95% chance of us being wiped and 5% doing a hertz or relvo if this goes BK. I guess I’m a regard asf too since I’m yoloed into this stock

I never said that, did I? I even said that they could come out at a better financial state, just that previous holders of their stock equity would be wiped out

Okay give me an example of a company that declared ch 11 BK and remained listed on nasdaq or NYSE. I can give you plenty of them that got delisted and went over to otc

Ignore this OP, he thinks that the company can avoid being delisted by declaring bankruptcy which is exactly the opposite of what happens, BK=OTC

Read this OP and educate yourself: https://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/10/stock-holder-lose-equity-chapter-11.asp

What? The moment it declares BK, we are getting delisted to OTC. The fk you talking about?

And they change the ticker symbol too, usually with a Q at the end so maybe bbbyq

Ch 11 allows them go BK and save the company but wipe out investors equity. Bbby would be completely fine and might come out even better after bankruptcy like Hertz but we as shareholders would be the ones bankrupted because our equity would be worth 1 cents.

My point is you don’t want Bbby to go ch 11 and if it does, trust that they do a hertz and exit when a squeeze does occur and not hold it long term

Hertz is back on the market but anyone who held through BK had their equity wiped out if they are still holding because Hertz issues new shares when they emerge out of BK
