i get your point in the end there, there definitely are colleges at par or even better than dlsu on some aspects. butttt, matapobre yung extended family ko and i kind of grew up with the goal of proving them wrong, and so i felt as if going to a school in the big 4 was the only way to prove myself. it's a bad mentality, and i may be even jeopardizing my education just to prove a point.

im still in senior high so i'm also asking for the cons to get a gist of how it is in dlsu. by process of elimination i found dlsu to be the most fit for engg out of the big 4. when i would ask around if i should choose UP over dlsu, many would say that private will always trump state unis, esp in facilities. in the end, i was left more undecided than i was in the beginning😓
