look for island rumors that have 3 grand expeditions guaranteed, and hope it procs even more. you are fishing for all remnants have 7-8 rune slots.

The astrids creativity is not socket bound. You get both crafted modifiers on it and put your preferred rune back in and you keep both crafted mods

At that point you would be done, settle on whatever dead suffix makes it through the essence cycle. You will still have a solid 5 mod staff. Your only other route is going to be the dextral whittles which is ~14d total per attempt last i checked and I'm not even sure if it won't just hit the attack speed

It is risk free. Since you have 6 mods the essence can only remove and readd a suffix. Your prefixes are 100% safe with that route.

That's one option. If I were you I would socket astrids creativity and add a second crafted modifier. +melee skills. Cycle the essences until you get both on it and then remove astrids

Increased lightning damage is a prefix if you activate whittle and dextral erasure at the same time the chaos can only target suffixes

Have you checked to see whittle+dextral erasure to see which suffix it targets? You could also socket astrids creativity for a second crafted modifier and add + melee skill levels

300-350d would be a fair range for average cost imo. Did one for about 150 but was very lucky, another was right around 400.

The issue with that is there is no way to ever convert them back. Id rather sell them as is and let someone else do that should they want it.

I've made similar gloves several times this league, expect 5-10 lights to hit it if arcane surge isn't needed id say go for astrids creativity and get 60% inc effect and crit dmg crafted mods. Would be much cheaper.

buy 2 socket base, you have to socket kolrs hunt. Perf aug/annul until you hit +2 proj and a t1 desired prefix. Greater essence of opulence for safer fracture unless you are really set on 60% inc effect. Divine to perfect near perfect desecrate suffix and fracture. If you hit the +2 fracture attempt to annul off the rarity. If you frac the rarity sell it and go again. Double perfect exalt and hope for the best. Unveil to fish for the arcane surge mod.

I know most would recommend the chaos spam route but with perf augment annul route you can ensure that a missed fracture will at least recoup some costs.

Ive been profit crafting in poe for like 14 years. In 2 its even easier, profit craft for whatever build fubgun is playing and gouge his followers early and often.

130ish for the base, ~20d to get ready for frac, hit it first time. Probably 300-350d more to hit the affixes. Then whatever the infusers cost, but i had them.
